The United States reclaimed the Solheim Cup for the first time in seven years with a 15 ½ - 12 ½ victory over the Europeans on Sunday at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia.

Captain Suzann Pettersen says she does not “have any regrets” as Europe fall to a 15½-12½ defeat to the United States and relinquish their five-year hold on the Solheim Cup.

The Americans maintained their four-point advantage heading into the final day at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club.
